- Our photos here are for illustration purpose only. The products purchased may differ slightly from the photos due to different monitor calibration and lighting conditions.
- Please note that installation should only be carried out by a qualified person(s); Warranty will be voided should there be any improper installation and/or handling of our products.
- Afterglow provides 6 weeks warranty upon delivery/ collection; warranty covers flaws and imperfections pertaining only to functionality issues.
- In the case of an isolated event which the product is not in working condition within the warranty tenure, do email us at hello@afterglowsg.com with your order number.
- Full refund only applies in the event that one-to-one exchange is unavailable.
- Afterglow reserves the right to any claims of defects for products.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery costs will be charged separately; such additional charges will be clearly state in the checkout page from our website.
- Upon receiving the product, the customer or receiver shall inspect the item(s).
- Should there be any issue and/or defects, please write in to hello@afterglowsg.com with photos attached within 48 hours. Our team will response within 3 working days.
- Please note that once an order is delivered, it is deemed that the order has been received in good order after 48 hours.
- Delivery time may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from shipment and postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
